Tami VanderLind, LPC

Whether you’re an individual dealing with depression, anxiety, anger issues or a low self esteem or you’re a couple who is working your way through communication struggles or deep hurts and wounds; I’m excited to work with you! We all make choices that we wish we could undo, or we find ourselves dealing with circumstances that we never anticipated. I will help guide you through the journey of letting go of the past and situations that are out of your control while giving yourself permission to grieve or forgive yourself as you learn new techniques to approach life.

I use cognitive behavioral, Solutions-focused, and Family systems theories while helping you through the process of healing. When we have the right tools and resources then we have the ability to cope with different situations that throw us off course. This renews our hope and our outlook on life.

Sarah Cohen, LMSW, CAADC, CCS

My holistic approach incorporates elements of Mindfulness, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Person Centered, with a goal of working towards a balance of mind, body, and spirit. I am fully trained in EMDR and will utilize this approach to address trauma and negative core beliefs that are continuing to affect your ability to effectively cope in the present.

While my training includes many therapeutic approaches informed by research, I see therapy most of all as a process that unfolds with building a genuine relationship.

My approach is warm, inviting, and collaborative. I focus on helping clients better understand how past experiences, core beliefs, emotions, and interpersonal patterns may be contributing to and maintaining their distress and suffering. Through awareness building in the context of a non-judgmental and unconditionally accepting therapeutic relationship, clients can develop healthier ways of coping, learn new ways of relating to others in their lives, develop skills, and experience deeper connection, acceptance, and respect for themselves and their emotions.

Stephanie Castilleja, LLC

I come from the approach of the wounded-healer. Relationship and empathy are the foundations that guide my therapeutic approach, while relying on theories such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Person Centered, Solution Focused, or the best approach for the client. The objective is to journey together; as my clients express their struggles, we collaborate to find whatever best suits them in developing hope, answers, and solutions.

I have experience working with those struggling with anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, relationship issues, adjustment disorder, and addiction. Some of what I help with is identifying flawed patterns, uncovering untruths one may believe about self or the world, and negative assumptions one may hold onto. Once aware of negative patterns, clients will be free to create healthier coping mechanisms and develop a positive sense of self.

My deepest desire is to help people break free from hurt, fear, and dysfunction; finding joy, hope, and strength.

Jenna Voss, LMSW, CAADC

I use a combination of verbal and nonverbal treatments including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), art therapy and, if interested, auricular acupuncture.

Outside of work I enjoy cooking, composting, reading, and dreaming up projects for my husband to complete 🙂 Together we have three boys ranging in ages 7 to 18. As a family we have walked, struggled and celebrated with each other on the roads of international older child adoption and autism among other things. Therapists and other supports have been vital to our progress individually and as a family.

All this is to say, I understand that seeking outside support and/or treatment is an act of both hope and courage. The role of therapist, for me, is an honor, privilege, and great responsibility. I work hard to bring my best to our working relationship in support of your goals.
